Wed. May 9

- 6 small-ish whole wheat pancakes
- 4 breakfast sausages
- McDouble, only ketchup, lettuce and cheese
- About a cup of strawberry yogurt
- Crystal Light in water
- Dieter's (cleansing) tea
- Orange
- A couple dozen small gummies (just finishing off what was left of candy from Halloween)
- Handful of salted peanuts

I ran before work again; 55 mins, and at 5mph for about 85% of the time. I was gonna go to the gym after work, but I got out later than expected and my feet  were hurting pretty bad, so I just went home. I'll go tomorrow.

Saved this pic a few days ago and I decided to try that. I did it, but I had to have my back to the wall though. lol
