Thu. January 31

Quick post. I'm tired and need to be up early.

Eating was fairly good today. Only had to go to the bathroom at work once though, so I think I should've had more water today.

I need to stop using the stationary bike at the gym. Or at least use it as my 2nd cardio machine cuz I don't burn enough cals on it. I also tried some different machines, to mix it up and hopefully make me sore in different places. lol

Walk to the gym - 238
Work out - 1000

2689. 5 more than yesterday. Nice. lol

Anyway, praying for .2lbs lose at least. And thank God for my 3 day weekend. :)
