Sun. March 18

- Half a spinach and cheese dip appetizer with pita bread (Kelsey's)
- Chicken caesar salad, dressing on the side (Kelsey's)
- 1 mozzarella cheese string
- 6 small hard candies
- Handful of sour cream and onion rice chips
- Cherry cheese danish (Tim Horton's)
- Blueberry muffin (Tim Horton's)
- Medium strawberry and banana smoothie (Tim Horton's)
- Seven cheese ravioli (Boston Pizza)
- Several sweet potato fries

So, ya, not a good day at all. This is what can happen when you let other people influence you into making bad food choices. And also what boredom eating can look like. But, have no fear, I will be getting back on track on Tuesday.

I have access to this website called fatloss4idiots. It's basically a weight loss regime with specific rules and certain foods you should be eating on certain days and they claim you can lose up to 9lbs in 11 days. I've done it in the past and it's worked out pretty well, assuming I don't cheat. lol. So, since I have work Tue-Sat this week, I see that as a good opportunity to get into a decent routine. I'm also gonna try to get between 30-60 mins of cardio before work (not including the actual walk to work) and then hitting the gym a couple times too.

So, that's my plan. Considering the last couple days, I can't make any promises about my food choices tomorrow, but we'll see.

That's pretty much how I feel about my job. lol
