- Crystal Light in water
- Half a bacon wrapped steak skewers app (Boston Pizza)
- Spaghetti w/bolognese sauce and cheese (Boston Pizza)
- Small plate of fries (Boston Pizza)
- A bunch of water
I wanted to make today mostly a veggies day, but clearly that didn't happen.We had a "treat day" at work and then I got off work so late that the options for food were kinda limited.
However, I did get a decent-ish work out before work. I did 55 mins on the treadmill and about 70% of that was running. :)
