- 4 breakfast sausages
- About a cup of blueberry yogurt
- Granola bar
- McDouble, only ketchup, lettuce and cheese (McD's)
- Crystal Light in water
- 12 McNuggets w/sweet and sour sauce (McD's)
- A few handfuls of peanut M&Ms
So, the day started pretty well, but obviously kinda got worse as it progressed. I was able to do about 30 mins of running/brisk walking before work though. Got nice and sweaty and it felt good. :)
Anyway, I have another shift tomorrow that'll make it easier to get to the gym after work, so that's what I shall do. :)
