- Quarter pounder w/ketchup, cheese and lettuce (McD's)
- Dieter's (cleansing) tea
- Orange
- A couple dozen cucumber slices
- About a cup of peach yogurt
- 4 Cadbury Dairy Milk bunnies
Fairly decent day, if I do say so myself. :)
I also spent close to 2 hours at the gym, I bench pressed 70lbs, picked up some fruits and veggies at Walmart afterward. I wanted to get up early and do a class at the gym, but I'm still kinda tired from this morning. So, I doubt I'll make it. I'll just stay in bed and sleep off a couple pounds. lol
I'd like to make these one day. |
