Sun. April 29

- Half a spinach cheese dip app (Turtle Jacks)
- Broccoli cheddar soup and caesar salad (Turtle Jacks)
- A few handfuls of M&Ms
- 3 mozzasticks (Wacky Wings)
- 18 Honey garlic & medium wings (Wacky Wings)
- Pie of banana caramel cheesecakes (Wacky Wings)
- A bunch of water

So, I finally got my schedule for next week for work this afternoon (shoulda been out on Wed or Thu) and, if I can be diligent enough, I could potentially get to the gym like 4 times next week and get 3 pre-work work outs done on top of that. I'll see what I'm up for, but I'd really like to find the determination and motivation to follow through. Guess we'll find out...

If only I could follow that advice.
