Thu. April 19

- 2 bowls of Corn Flakes w/5 Equal packets total
- McDouble w/ketchup, lettuce and cheese (McD's)
- A couple handfuls of Sour Patch Kids
- 3 tiny chocolate caramel candies
- 2 low carb banana muffins
- A couple dozen slices of cucumuber
- Package of beef Mr.Noodle, next to no liquid
- A couple handfuls of gummies
- A couple dozen small chocolate candies

So, I was off early enough from work to walk to the gym, but I'm sure any work I did there will be completely overshadowed by all the shitty food I ate. I really dunno why it's so hard some days. :(

It would be nice to have this kind of confidence.
