Fri. July 27

- Small piece of grilled chicken w/BBQ sauce
- 4 strawberry pies (McD's)(leftovers)(Ya, I'm disgusting, I know)
- Two 80 cal jello cups
- A couple dozen cucumber slices
- About 1.5 cups of strawberry yogurt
- 80 cal jello cup
- 2 low carb banana "muffins"
- Small homemade smoothie (strawberries, bananas)
- 2 muffins; chocolate chip and blueberry (Tim Horton's)
- Cinnamon bun (Tim Horton's)

Another bad day. There's really no excuse for any of this. However, I did go for a run before work and was able to finish 5Ks in 33:42, which is great. So, my new goal is to get it under 33:30. Anyway, that's all I gotta say.

Me, as a toddler, getting my nutrients and stuff. lol
