Thu. July 19

- Pizza sandwich (2 pieces whole wheat bread, tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage)
- Black plum
- Watermelon chunks
- Watermelon flavoured dried fruit bar
- 80 cal orange jello cup
- Jello cheesecake cup (130 cals)
- About 2 cups of broccoli, peas and rice w/a little soya sauce
- Peach
- Crystal Light in water
- Dieter's (cleansing) tea
- Small homemade smoothie (strawberries, banana)
- Strawberry-banana flavoured dried fruit bar

Food was pretty decent, but the fitness coulda been a lot better. I was totally ready to go to the gym for a yoga/pilates/tai chi class, but my wrist was sooooo sore. It was pretty sore by the end of the day yesterday and this morning, it suuuuuuucked! I couldn't even do my bra up, so I spent the day in a sports bra. And I figured if I couldn't do that, I wouldn't be able to bench press anything or do various yoga poses, so it probably wouldn't be worth it. I did run after work though. I wasn't any faster, but I tried to throw some short sprints to really push myself. I can already feel soreness in my legs; the good kind of sore though. :)
