Mon. July 16

- Bowl of Corn Flakes in milk w/3 Splenda packets
- 7 small sour keys (14 cals a piece)
- Crystal Light in water
- Half a spinach cheese dip app (Boston Pizza)
- Penne w/bolognese sauce & cheese and garlic bread (Boston Pizza)
- Apple Crisp dessert (Boston Pizza)
- Blueberry muffin (Tim Horton's)
- Low call berry muffin (Tim Horton's)

Another lack luster day. At least I was able to go swimming today. And I have decent opportunities for physical activity this week. So, here's hoping.
